Project Cost Estimating and Scheduling

Here, you can find my last presentation for Cost Estimating and Scheduling project .

The project is a high rise building which has 10 story above the ground and 3 story underground as parkings.

Scope of the project:

1. Detail Estimate for Division 1 and 9 according to RS-Means 2011

2. ROM estimate for rest of divisions.

I used Timberline and Primavera P6 for cost estimating and project scheduling respectively. Additionally, I used On-Screen to measure quantities.
